Horrible experience on communication and follow through. The end result isn't any better. This order took a very, very long time to receive, well beyond set expectations. A quick response doesn't constitute good communication in this case. I was sold a unit not compatible with what I needed. Many excuses, no results. Beware of Seller and Beer Machine (as listed here). Expectations were not met, especially for cost. The other 3 items purchased are fair for price, quality is fair...not any powerhouses or overly efficient in design but good for price point if was to be ordered in quality.
